​Facticity AI Fact Checking Video Challenge: 2 Truths and 1 Lie

Facticity AI by AI Seer invites you to take part in the Fact Checking Video Challenge to create a short video to raise awareness on the urgent and growing threat of misinformation and disinformation with Facticity.AI.

​

Inspired by the classic “2 Truths and 1 Lie” game, participants can stick to the format or creatively adapt it to spotlight how false information spreads. From viral hoaxes to social myths, your 90-second (or less) video should encourage viewers to question, verify, and think critically using Facticity.AI.

We welcome all individuals with a passion for storytelling, media, or social impact to join this initiative and help promote fact-checking through creative and meaningful content. You don't have to appear on camera if you prefer. Use any creative medium you like — animation, voiceover etc.

Award (in USD):
Gold Winner – $300 + 3 months free subscription to Facticity AI
Silver Winner – $200 + 2 months free subscription to Facticity AI
Bronze Winner – $100 + 1 month free subscription to Facticity AI

Submission Guidelines

Judging Process

Round 1 – Internal Shortlisting
The AI Seer team will evaluate all submissions based on creativity, storytelling, and how well the video communicates the theme. A shortlist of top videos will be selected.

Round 2 – Public Voting
Shortlisted videos will be uploaded to AI Seer’s official YouTube channel, where the public can vote for their favorite.

  • YouTube Likes = Public Votes

  • Voting Period: 21 April to 27 April 2025

Final winners will be chosen based on a combination of AI Seer team scores and the number of public votes.

Judging Criteria

  • The video effectively raises awareness about misinformation or disinformation using the “2 Truths and 1 Lie” format or a creative adaptation of it.

  • The video demonstrates clear and purposeful use of Facticity.AI features (Short Query, Long Query, or Video Check, to fact-check claims, highlight the importance of verification, and showcase the platform’s key features through its user interface.

  • The narrative is original, engaging, and compelling, using storytelling techniques that effectively convey the message.

  • The content is easy to understand, thought-provoking, and encourages critical thinking around false or misleading information.

  • The video is well-produced, with clear audio and visuals, and adheres to the 90-second time limit.

Terms & Conditions

  • Open to individuals aged 18 and above

  • One entry per person

  • The judges’ decision is final.

  • All content must be original and created solely by the participant.

  • Entries must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Plagiarism, uncredited content, or copyright violations will result in immediate disqualification.

  • AI Seer reserves the right to revoke prizes if any violations are discovered after submission.

  • AI Seer is not liable for any late, lost, or corrupted submissions.

  • Only complete entries submitted before the deadline will be accepted.

  • By entering, participants grant AI Seer the right to use submitted content (with credit) for promotional and educational purposes.

  • Winners will be announced by 1 May 2025.
